General Information
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.
Delivery Time
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 4-5 business days of the date of your order. Business day means Monday to Friday, except holidays. Please note we do not ship on Sundays.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page.

Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
LOMOFYINDIA is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside India.

Cancellation
Order cancellation is only possible before the order has been dispatched. Once the order is in transit, cancellations cannot be accepted.
